Better Horse / Mount Steering

Mount-rotate now only reads camera state from Shoulder Surfing Reloaded when SSR perspective is actually active.

Before, just having SSR installed was enough to make the mod read from SSR's camera, which is stale in vanilla third person and caused the body yaw to drift away from where the player was looking.
