Better Locator
Better Locator builds on Minecraft's own Locator Bar (1.21.6+) and turns its simple coloured dots into a clear, fully configurable tracking experience — using only the information the game already gives you.
Follow a single player by their marker colour, or keep an eye on everyone your Locator Bar already shows.

✨ Features
- Custom Track Command — follow one player by name:
/betterlocator track <player>
- Colour Tracking — every player on the Locator Bar gets a marker colour; follow a player by that colour.
- Two Modes — **SINGLE** (one target) or **ALL** (everyone currently shown on your Locator Bar).
- Directional Tracer — a slim line pointing from you toward each tracked player.
- Outline Highlight — a light outline around tracked players for quick recognition.
- On-Screen Markers — a distance-scaled dot on your screen for each tracked player.
- Name & Compass Tag — the player's name, live distance, and a compass direction.
- Edge Arrows — an arrow at the screen border points to tracked players that are off-screen.
- Range Filter — optionally only track players close enough to be relevant.
- Max Distance — set a limit and ignore far-away targets.
- Colour-Collision Warning — a heads-up when several players share a tracked colour.
- Client-Side Only — no server installation needed; everything is visual and only you see it.
- Lightweight & Compatible — works alongside other mods and does not send network packets.
