Better Item Despawn

Better Item Despawn adds a clear and intuitive way to keep track of dropped items before they disappear.

The mod integrates directly with Jade to display a countdown above dropped items, showing exactly how much time remains until they despawn. This makes it much easier to keep track of valuable items and quickly identify which ones need to be picked up before it is too late.

To make the system even more visual, dropped items are surrounded by a color indicator based on their remaining lifetime. The indicator gradually changes from green to yellow, orange, and finally red as the despawn time gets closer, allowing you to recognize the urgency at a glance without having to constantly check the timer.

Better Item Despawn also gives you control over how long dropped items remain in the world. The default despawn time can be customized through the mod's configuration, allowing you to adjust the system to better fit your preferred gameplay experience.
