Better Invalid Session (Also works as ReAuth Addon)

Modifies the default Minecraft kick message for having an invalid session to better explain how to resolve the issue if using a game launcher. All messages are configurable and the mod supports ReAuth as well.

Improve default message. It is now "Invalid session (you probably opened another game launcher) \n\nRestart your game AND game launcher to login again"
