Adds a read-only reflection bridge to Better Clouds: Better Clouds probes vanilla fog once a frame for its cloud distance, and this makes that probe see Better Fog's values so cloud fade matches the fog you actually get. No compile-time dependency on Better Clouds - if it is absent or its internals move, the bridge degrades to not probing, which is exactly the previous behaviour.
