Adds more uses for 1.19 echo shards!
Adds Echorite ingot, tools, and armor.
Echo Shard block and Echorite block!
Almost all the values are increased by 1 compared to Netherite!
Gear can be crafted in the smithing table with any Netherite armor piece or tool!
