What's new
Other changes:
- Moved the quiver hotbar rendering to a Forge event to render before the open GUIs, so you can now see the hotbar when you have your inventory or the menu open.
Bugs fixed:
- Item and block IDs weren't loaded from the config file anymore.
Caveats
Requires the RenderPlayer API to render quivers on players' backs or belts.
