It's Betal Toash. That's all you need to know.
But if you do insist on hearing more: Betal Toash is a simple mod that adds two food items, Betal Toash and Fancy Toash, which are made by smelting Iron and Gold ingots respectively. They also have attractive block variants, which may or may not be impossible to craft back into their original items. In the next update I will be fixing the block crafting problem, and adding new, special kinds of Toash, the best of which will only be available to my Very Important Players.
