• GUI motion damping
• Blue pill usage animation

Refactors:

• Upgrade items (i.e. AbsorptionUpgradeItem and WaterResistanceUpgradeItem) to have common UpgradeItem class
• Move Betadrive commands to BetadriveCommands class
• Migrate InGameHudMixin to an actual rendering hook

• Fix DisplayTogglerItem-s crashing game when used while converting to an android
