0.4 Released!

Every release brings me closer to having satisfactorily completed this mod for 1.13.2. A work of art is never finished, some say.

Changes:

Too many to list, but I have squashed almost all of the bugs I created at the outset with this release. Don't be afraid to use this mod now, it most likely won't have any ill-effects or crashes. Be warned, it does take some extra RAM during world generation and structure location ESPECIALLY due to the nature of pre-simulation of terrain.

All of my supporters, those who have followed this project since the beginning, and given me encouragement to finish it. I may not be ready to release this mod yet, but I can surely see the final steps I need to take. To Minecrell, thank you for letting me see your code initially, without you this mod would be just another idea I never finished. I am so happy this mod can fly on its own thanks to you. Notch, you probably won't ever read this, but despite how cobbled together the terrain code was, I still appreciate all you did to make Minecraft part of my life. Finally, the Forge team for upgrading the system to 1.13.2 in a way that allows models to express themselves better.
