Besmirch Overview

Inside of an abandoned underground structure lies a strange pin... oh, and the manual.
The void critter itself! right clicking with the pin creates a pinhole-sized portal to... somewhere. It'll allow you to interact with this enigmatic entity.
There's some in-game documentation contained with a structure, Patchouli not needed!
Giving Strange Tokens to Besmirch results in it giving you a small amount of loot, along with 2 special enchants and a Voided Needle to get more Strange Tokens.
