**Spell Expansion**
- T2 Apprehend: Strikes a wide area in front of you, pulling hit enemies towards you and lowering their armor.
- T4 Northerners Guillotine: Leaps to the target, striking a lethal blow. Deals damage, increasing by every level of a harmful effect on the target.
- Always critically strikes targets at or below 25% of their max health. (highly configurable)
**Balancing & Internal Changes:**
- Added uk_ua localization- #9 - thx: Ch1sho
- Fixed Outrage removing Absorption Hearts
- Outrage is now a T3 Spell and slightly increases the duration of an ongoing Rage Effect 
- Changed Blood Reckoning: When activated, gain a portion of absorption hearts depending on your missing health
- When the effect runs heart a portion of your remaining absorption hearts heal you. (everything configurable in Tweaks Config)
- Armory & Arsenal Compat Equipment is no added to a separate Item Group
