Berry Bushes Don't Hurt Villagers

The problem: Berry bushes sometimes generate in villages, on paths and right outside houses. So if you keep the chunks loaded for a while, the villagers will often kill themselves by walking over them repeatedly.

The solution: Make villagers immune to berry bush damage. In vanilla, foxes and bees are already immune to berry bushes, so this just adds villagers to that list.
