Adds weapons and tools for my "against all odds modpack" 
not for use on its own

Adds several tools and weapons for dedicated use in my modpack. adds recipes and a variety of weapon types to suit the playstyles of the survivors. requires mcore, my other modpack dependencies, and better combat.
