B'Enchantments

Give familiar equipment new possibilities with a collection of enchantments focused on mining, combat, utility and exploration.

B'Enchantments expands the vanilla enchanting experience without replacing it. Its effects are designed to feel useful and distinct, from excavating tunnels and gathering ore veins to reflecting projectiles, firing bows faster and empowering tridents with lightning.

Mining

• Tunnel — Mines an expanding volume in the direction of the broken block without multiplying the durability cost. Sneaking temporarily disables it.

• Lode — Mines connected ore veins, including supported ores from other mods, and gathers their drops at the original block. Sneaking temporarily disables it.

• Ember — Automatically smelts mined drops whenever a suitable cooking recipe exists.

Weapons and ranged combat

• Cadence — Increases the attack speed of swords and axes.

• Tension — Increases the speed of arrows fired from bows and crossbows.

• Trophy — Guarantees a collectible head from supported mobs and defeated players.

• Barrage — Greatly accelerates bow and crossbow charging, with bows releasing automatically when ready.

• Tempest — Summons lightning when a thrown trident strikes a creature, regardless of the weather.

• Ruin — Increases the damage of tridents in melee combat and when thrown.

Armor, shields and utility

• Umbral Sight — Lets the wearer see in darkness.

• Eternity — Repairs a damageable item and prevents it from losing durability. It is a rare treasure found in Ancient Cities.

• Magnetism — Pulls nearby items and experience toward the wearer.

• Reflection — Reflects blocked arrows and tridents back toward their attacker.

• Voidstep — Periodically evades direct attacks while the wearer is moving.
