Before You Go

Check your expedition kit before a mining trip, Nether visit or End expedition. One compact screen shows missing supplies, low-durability gear and free inventory space without moving items or blocking travel.

How to use

Set a key in Options > Controls > Key Binds > Before You Go. It starts unbound to avoid conflicts. Press it in-world with other screens closed. The world keeps running while you check your kit.

Checks cover your main inventory, offhand and equipped armor. Nested storage such as shulkers, bundles and backpacks is not scanned. Durability checks include all carried damageable gear; armor occupancy is not armor strength. Presets are reminders, not a safety guarantee.

Installation

Install on your client only. Choose the file matching both Minecraft and loader: Forge 1.20.1 (Java 17), NeoForge 1.21.1 (Java 21), or NeoForge 26.3 (Java 25). No extra library mods are required. Do not install multiple variants together.

Beta notice

New beta release; bugs may remain. Logic and dedicated-server compatibility tests passed; graphical client testing has not been completed. Back up important worlds and report issues in the comments with your Minecraft version and loader.
