# Bee Workforce 0.8.0 Release Notes

Bee Workforce 0.8.0 fixes the scan area behavior of the Blueprint Creator Block.

The Blueprint Creator Block could previously scan inconsistent areas depending on its placement direction, and in some directions the block itself could be included in the scan. This release clarifies the coordinate rules and makes the preview outline match the actual scan area.

## Highlights

### Fixed Blueprint Creator Block Scan Areas

- Blueprint scans now start one block in front of the Blueprint Creator Block.

- The Blueprint Creator Block itself is no longer included in the scanned structure.

- The full scan volume now rotates correctly with the block's placement direction.

- `X Size` means the forward direction, `Y Size` means upward, and `Z Size` means the right-hand direction when facing forward.

### Preview Outline Matches the Real Scan

- The in-world outline now matches the area that will actually be scanned.

- North, south, east, and west placements now follow the same coordinate rules.

## Notes

- Existing Printed Blueprint Paper items are not changed.

- If you created a blueprint around the previous offset behavior, recreate it if needed.

- New blueprints should now follow the block direction and preview outline more naturally.
