What's new

1.0.1:
    - Changed from BlockMixin to EntityPlayerMixin
    - Rewrote to replace both bed and non-bed spawning, not just bed spawning, so stuff like Waystones should respawn properly
    - Added config option to output coordinates of obstruction to console if a respawn still fails, false by default
