Advanced Apiary now has a horizontal facing state and faces the player when placed.
Advanced Apiary blockstate now includes north/east/south/west model rotations.
Sheep Weed blockstate now has random 0/90/180/270 visual rotation for both upper and lower halves.
Prismarine Flower light level increased from 7 to 9.
Tamed cow manure now uses a persistent per-cow timer:first schedules a future attempt
successful manure spawns reschedule randomly for 4, 6, 8, or 10 minutes later
failed attempts retry after 30 seconds
mound max height remains 8 layers
