Beacon Barrier | Balanced PvP Claims

Adds a configurable chunk-based barrier claim system using Beacon tier logic to scale health and size. In-comparison to most land claim mods, this one focuses on a balanced PvP experience. 

This has been a mod I've wanted seen made for a while, I hope you enjoy and please let me know of any suggestions or changes you'd like made in the comments!

There is a ponder index and a display on the Beacon UI itself that goes over all the tiers and resource tiers as well. Give it a thorough read I recommend, there may also be some modules I will add to the future to
further protect your barrier.
