Content Changes  
Adds On Fire status effect, which sets the target on fire for its duration. Higher magnitudes reapply the flame should it be put out.  
Adds Multishot status effect, which is consumed by the next projectile card to double the number of cards thrown by the 'throw_card' effect. Higher magnitudes multiply card count by even more.  
Hoards of Rot cards now have keywords befitting their effects.  
Passable Papercraft card have been refactored to remove all uses of the the 'throw_cards' effect, and have keywords. The refactor should not change their behaviour.  

Datapack Changes  
'throw_cards' has been removed, made redundant by options in 'throw_card' and 'repeat'.  
'throw_card' now accepts the 'countDelay' argument, which spaces out copies thrown due to the 'count' argument.
many small datapack changes made for consistancy between similar effects.

Bugfixes  
Multi-pronged Proposition and Chilling Proposition had their barrel bent to the left. It has been straightened.
Shrapnel Mine shrapnel originated from the nearest target rather than the mine. This often spared the target, which was unacceptable.
