Custom dimension with an altar that holds an item

Enter the Bass Sanctum dimension.
There is an altar in the middle of the structure that generates.
The item in the altar can be any item declared in the config file.

Using this in my modpack to retrieve a boss summoning item from the altar.
However, it can be use for anything else that suits your pack.
I'm bad at modeling, so the altar looks weird. If you're a dev, feel free to patch it with something better.

To enter the dimension, you can declare a block in the config file on which you right click.
