Basic Ruby Mod

This mod adds, tools, weapons, armour and the ruby block and ore to the game. This is the first version of the mod so not everything is perfect. The ore may not spawn correctly, so let me know if it doesn't spawn and it will be fixed in the next version of the mod. This is my first mod so don't expect it to be perfect.
