Basic Music Tweak

I can now set Aria Math to play in survival mode!

Allows you to change what music category to play in game. For example, play creative music in survival mode, or play end dimension music in nether dimension. Also allows you to control the delay between music playing.

For Minecraft 1.12.2, similar functionality is available in Universal Tweaks.

Requires GTNHLib and UniMixins.
