  • Qualify against the exact OreSpawn 4.0.16.118021 CurseForge release while retaining the supported OreSpawn 4.x runtime range.
  • Add deterministic main, sources, and Javadocs artifacts with release checksums and guarded publication validation.
  • Isolate GameTests and smoke fixtures from production artifacts and Eclipse production launches.
  • Add pinned GitHub Actions for build, GameTests, generated-data drift, CodeQL, wrapper validation, and target-qualified releases.

Gameplay, registry IDs, recipes, save migration, and the OreSpawn provider rules are unchanged from Base Metals 3.0.0.
