Bare Essentials

Ported to NeoForge for 1.20.2, update includes fixes for some teleportation commands not behaving as expected and a handful of new commands.

## Commands list:
- ``/tpahere`` Send another player a request to teleport them to you, they can either ``/tpa accept`` or ``/tpa deny`` the request.
- ``/setworldspawn`` Set the world spawn to an exact position in the world quickly.
- ``/spawn`` Teleport to the world spawn.
- ``/sethome [none] [override]`` Set or remove your home location in the world.
- ``/home`` Teleport to your home.
- ``/heal [user]`` Heal yourself or another player to full health (Not hunger)
- ``/feed [user]`` Feed yourself or another player to full hunger (Not health)
- ``/god [user]`` Toggle god mode and become invincible to all forms of harm/damage.
- ``/fly [user]`` Toggle creative mode flight for yourself or another player.
- ``/balance [user]`` -> See balance.
- ``/balance give [user] <amount>`` -> add amount to your or someone else's balance.
- ``/balance set [user] <amount>`` -> set your or someone else's balance to a given amount.
- ``/balance remove [user] <amount>`` -> remove a given amount from your or someone else's balance.
