-Increased Power Of Hydro Flask (Major Buff)

FLASK GRENADES:

-Changed BlackHole's Recipe to be more easier

-Fixed Smog Not being craftable
(added eyes to look spooky)

VIALS:

-Crystal is now more acurate (it was insanely inconsistent in the past)

-Thornado has been resprited

-LittleBig's MFO no longer suffocates in walls

-MetalMan health nerfed from 200 to 180
(i found out is way better than i expected I.E you can attack still..)
