  • Changed Spawning Method.  Balloons now have a chance to spawn when the player "Wakes up!". (This means a Balloon can spawn in any dimension the player is able to use a bed in.)
  • Added Sounds!  When a Balloon Spawns, you'll hear a breeze and Balloons will now make an appropriate "Pop" sound when... popped!
  • Added Config option to set chance of spawning on wake up.
