Balanced Emerald Tools + Armor

Full emerald armor gives 17 armor points. 

Emerald tools break blocks quicker than iron but not as fast as diamond.

Lasts longer than iron but not as long as diamond.

Skeletons and zombies have a chance to wear emerald armor just like all other armor.

Also adds slime boots that you can make with 4 slime balls which allow you to jump 2 blocks high but have low durability. These are optional and you can disable them in the config file.
