-Added platinum nuggets

 

-Made more mod tabs for more organization (at least within my modpack and TPC)

 

-Yeah I'm aware the platinum ore block can be broken with your fist. I'm too depressed to update this mod to 1.16.5 Forge to fix it.

 

-Added new sounds and samples to use in my modpack. Won't do anything or trigger otherwise
