Features:
-Ported to 1.16.5 (and 1.16.4)
-Netherite Dagger added
-Added a command to config realtime (requires op permission levels)
-Updated textures and icons

-Mod is now jarsigned

Adjustments/Fixes:
-Added Ender Dragons to blacklist due to messy interactions with mod
-Fixed Volume and Pitch as they were swapped
-Removed disabling default items due to server/client interactions
-Modified stats of base daggers
-Daggers can no longer use sweeping edge even with the enchant (Inspired by djmanly's Simple Sweep Mod)
