Only use the Baubles back slot? This add-on puts it right in your normal inventory and gets the rest out of your way.
Features:
- Back slot in your inventory: sits just above the shield slot, no need to open the Baubles screen. Also shows in the creative inventory tab.
- Hides the slots you don't use: amulet, rings, belt, head and charm are hidden and won't accept items, keeping the Baubles screen (B) clean too.
-Right-click to equip: right-click an item that fits the back slot to wear it. If something is already there, the two swap in one click.
-Smart shift-click: shift-click a bauble from your inventory to send it to the back slot.
-Keep baubles on death: whatever is on your back stays on you when you respawn. No corpse run for your elytra or backpack.
-Fully configurable: pick which slots show, or turn any feature off.
Works great with:
-Backpacked (1.12.2): wear your backpack on your back, or swap it for your elytra with a right-click.
-Corpse and other grave mods: your baubles stay on you, everything else goes in the grave as usual.
-Any mod that adds back/body baubles.

Multiplayer:
Install on **both the server and every client**. It adds a real inventory slot, so the server needs it too.
Config:
Mods > Baubles: Back Slot Only > Config
-Visible slots: which bauble slots to show (0 amulet, 1–2 rings, 3 belt, 4 head, 5 back, 6 charm). Default: back only.
-Inventory slot: which bauble slot appears in your normal inventory. Default: back.
-Right-click to equip / swap: on by default.
-Keep baubles on death: on by default.
FAQ:
"I had items in slots that are now hidden. Are they gone?"
No. A hidden slot that still holds an item stays visible until you take it out.
"Does this replace Baubles?"
No, it's an add-on. You still need Baubles installed.
