Multiplayer and compatibility update

Changes:
- Fixed an incompatibility that could cause Essential friends, messages and invitations to stop working.
- Reduced heavy Overworld portal searching and prevented unnecessary chunk generation during portal searches.
- Improved multiplayer stability.
- Creative-mode players can now open the Backrooms level menu with N.
- Creative-mode players can now use normal /noclip and /backrooms commands.
- Operator-only debug commands remain restricted.
- Reduced unnecessary Bacteria searches outside Level 0.
- Reduced unnecessary Duller searches outside Level 1.
- Prevented Project NoClip HUD elements from rendering over other full-screen menus.
- Improved the photosensitivity warning timing and compatibility.
- General performance and compatibility improvements.

This is still a beta version. Please report multiplayer issues or crashes with the latest.log file.
