Description
Escape the maze. Bring the nightmare home.
You step into a maze of yellow wallpaper, wet carpet, and buzzing fluorescent lights.
Then a message pops up:
“Try to escape!”
And then… footsteps.
Now you’ve got to find your way out while Bacteria stalks the halls. Follow the green trails on the floor. Listen. Keep looking around. If you sprint, you make noise—and noise makes the thing chase you faster.
Getting out isn’t the end, though.
It follows you home.
Once you escape, Bacteria can show up near you in the Overworld. It’ll hunt you during the day or night. You might hear breathing behind you, footsteps that don’t belong to you, or a heartbeat getting closer. Kill the stalker and it backs off for a while—but the hunt can come back.

Before you play
For the full experience, play Survival or Adventure on Easy, Normal, or Hard. Peaceful disables monsters, and Creative/Spectator stop normal hostile targeting.
Use a fresh world, or back up your save before installing. This mod adds its own Backrooms dimension—it doesn’t replace Overworld generation.
The maze is finite. Terrain and closed doors can block the Overworld stalker. It won’t destroy your house or mess with Overworld terrain.
Content warning: horror sounds, sudden scare messages, brief darkness, and temporary light outages. There are reduced-effects controls if you need them.
