-Added a config toggle for being able to lunge while gliding or swimming.

-Added a config toggle for lunge hunger cut-off.

-Added support for Dragon Loot mod, adding a dragon spear. Dragon spears can use lunge while gliding even if the config for this is disabled.

-Fixed tridents_attack_like_spears not working on modded tridents.

-Fixed spears not being able to launch TNTs.

-Fixed electrum spear recipe being incorrect.

-Fixed crash when config has invalid characters. Now, the mod either refuses to read the config and use default toggles, or deletes it and rewrites the whole thing.

-Fixed tridents_attack_like_spears being enabled by default.
