BackguardAegis is a combat overhaul mod that completely revolutionizes how shields work in Minecraft. Say goodbye to the frustration of being constantly ambushed from behind. This mod introduces the "Ultra Shield", a highly balanced, skill-based 360° omnidirectional defensive mechanic.

✨ Key features in this release:

• 🛡️ 360° Defense: Absorbs 100% of the damage from back and side attacks instantly.
• 💥 Dynamic Shockwaves: When the Ultra Shield shatters, it generates a knockback blast that scales mathematically with the strength of the incoming hit.
• 🏹 Aggressive Deflection: Arrows and fireballs hitting your unprotected angles are violently deflected backwards at double speed, returning the damage to the attacker!
• 📚 New Custom Enchantments: Reflection (returns magic damage), Efficiency (charges the shield faster), and Persistence (absorbs an extra hit before breaking).
