[1.4.0] - Advanced Moderation & Inventory Button Customization

• Notes & Warnings Panel:
  • Updated PlayerNotesScreen with a multiline notes field (MultiLineEditBox).
  • Warning counter clamped to a range of 0 to 10.
  • Notes and warning counts saved to config/backdoor_moderation.json.
• Temporary Penalties:
  • Cycling duration selectors for Mute and Ban actions: 1h, 24h, 168h (1 week), 720h (30 days), and Permanent.
  • Server-side chat interception for muted players.
  • Temporary bans use Minecraft's ban list and expire automatically.
• Inventory Button Customization:
  • Position presets for the inventory button, pixel offsets, and a hide option.
  • Button position, theme, and compact mode saved to config/backdoor_client.json.
• Translations:
  • Updated English and Spanish translations for the new settings.

Fixed

• Permanent Mute: Separated the permanent mute value from the value used to remove a mute.
