NPCs

• Reputation bar rewritten to a proper top-down layout so it can't get covered by buttons/text (including on the merchant's longer screen).
• Every NPC in the mod (and vanilla villagers) can now open doors and fence gates.

Mounts

• Multiple chariot position/rotation/wheel-direction fixes, mount height, and right-click hitbox widening.

Guide book

• Rebuilt from a custom button-menu screen into a real vanilla written book (actual page-turning UI).
• Added a one-time free map claim, a two-page table of contents with clickable jump links, spaced-out entries, and a distinct color per chapter.
• Fixed a dedicated-server crash (NoClassDefFoundError) caused by the book's screen-opening code being loaded on the server.

War camps & garrisons

• Fixed soldiers not spawning at war camps (a marking-before-spawn bug plus a search radius far past render distance).
• Fixed war camps floating over air pockets — floor now packs down to real ground.
• Fixed war camps digging into the ground on the other side — no more terrain-carving under them.
