Babify

Adds Special RATTLE Tools which have a chance to turn "Ageable" mobs into Babies when attacked.

You can adjust the Chances per tool in the Config File!

When a mob is turned into a baby, that mob will be Healed for full health and will Drop Items and experience as if it were killed by the player.

All Rattles up to Diamond share a similar crafting recipe.  Netherite Requires a Smithing Table and a Diamond Rattle to craft.

Netherite Rattles are immune to fire and cannot be destroyed in lava.
