Automatic digger

Adds an automatic digger which is digging for you. When you power it with redstone it will start mining.
The digging speed can be changed with the command / gamerule MiningSpeed ​​x <- basic value is 4. (8 blocks per second).

You can recover all digged resources from digger inventory.
