Automated Redstone

Changes:

• fixed Cables sometimes not showing connection to Wireless Connectors
• fixed #24 by giving Energy Valve an aditional fake RF buffer on output side
• fixed display showing 0 after placement, even when receiving a signal
• fixed other just placed blocks not receiving signals due missing block updates
• fixed clients missing data for circuits that someone else placed
• editing side config of circuits now causes block updates and RESET also clears output
• changed basic cable behavior to add input signals together
• added convenient Circuit quick cheat button in Assembler
• added support for hex and binary notation in constant modules
• the virtual energy buffer of Energy Valves now gives more reasonable storage and capacity values
• fixed basic RS cables not updating when breaking redstone suppling block
• fixed scroll input being backwards in circuit memory cell edit
