Auto Smelt Enchant
Adds the Smelting enchantment to pickaxes, instantly smelting mined ores while preserving Fortune drops.
This mod adds Smelting, an enchantment for pickaxes that smelts ores as you mine them.
Iron, copper, and gold ores drop ingots instead of raw ore. Ancient debris drops netherite scrap, and nether gold ore drops one gold ingot per block. Fortune still gives you extra iron, copper, and gold drops. Other ores keep their usual drops.
You can get the book from a librarian or by enchanting a book at an enchanting table, then put it on your pickaxe using an anvil. You can also enchant the pickaxe directly.
Smelting has one level and can’t be combined with Silk Touch.
The experimental Villager Trade Rebalance isn’t supported and will not be supported in the future.
