Auto Replant Mod
This mod automatically replants fully grown crops when you harvest them, as long as you have the required seeds or crops in your inventory.

How it works;
Harvest a fully grown supported crop normally. If you have the required planting item in your inventory, Auto Replant will automatically plant a new crop in its place.
