"AutoModFetcher" (the "Mod") is licensed, not sold. The following terms govern
its use. Any right not granted below is reserved.

PERMITTED

1. You may download, install and use the Mod, for personal or commercial
   purposes, including on a public or paid Minecraft server.

2. You may include the Mod, unmodified, in a modpack or server pack that is
   distributed to players, provided that:
     a. the Mod is credited by name, and
     b. the pack links back to an official download page for the Mod.
   This permission exists because distributing the Mod alongside a server's
   mods is what it is for.

3. You may create and distribute add-ons, configuration files and
   documentation that reference the Mod without including its code.

NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION

4. Redistributing the Mod on its own, on any platform, including re-uploading
   it to a mod hosting site, a file mirror or an advertisement-gated download
   link.

5. Modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works
   from the Mod's code, and distributing the result.

6. Removing, obscuring or altering this notice, the Mod's identifiers, or any
   attribution contained in the Mod.

7. Selling the Mod, or charging any fee whose primary subject is access to the
   Mod itself.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

8. The Mod downloads mod files from third-party sources on the instruction of
   the server a player connects to. Those files are the property of their
   respective authors and are governed by their own licenses. Nothing in this
   licence grants any right to them, and the Mod neither hosts nor mirrors
   them.

NO WARRANTY

9. THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
   COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
   WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF
   OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MOD OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MOD.
