Initial beta release for Minecraft 26.1.2 and NeoForge.
Adds the Automation Planner and Placement Wrench, with previews, material checks, placement controls and AE2 crafting integration. Includes controller, crafting, processor, furnace, charger and Certus farm blueprints. Processor blueprints can install presses and encode their processing patterns.
Requires Applied Energistics 2 and GuideME. Some layouts, including furnace automation, still need full in-game crafting tests.
