When you get to the location, you'll see an item. That item is the "Aurora Borealis Shard"! You can smelt it go get a "Purified Aurora Borealis Shard". You need to collect 9 of these purified shards to get a Block of Aurora Borealis. This is a powerful light block that can be used to light up any space.
