Useless Mod Compact ECO compatibility
- The pattern cut and copy tools now support Useless Mod's Compact F9 machine, the one whose Shift + right-click page displays installed patterns.
- The tools recognise the ECO pattern bus behind the Compact F9 controller, so patterns on that page can be cut, copied, and pasted back directly.
- No item or block ids changed; this adds compatibility detection only.
