Aura Cascade Unofficial Port

First public release of the unofficial modern Fabric port of Aura Cascade for Minecraft 1.21.11.

• Restores the original Aura Cascade item, block, and texture surface in a modern Fabric port.
• Ring of the Shattered Stone now restores its loose-block explosion filtering behavior.
• Prismatic Wand copy/paste now supports source fluids and representative block-entity data, with proper material consumption.
• Kaleidoscopic enchantments now implement the recovered single-color and pairwise legacy behavior matrix through modern runtime seams.
• Release docs, parity audits, and packaged outputs were updated for 0.1.1+1.21.11.

Tested build and dedicated-server startup on Minecraft 1.21.11 with Fabric and Java 21.
