Expanded Apex capstones and gallery release.

• Added Maelstrom, a Discord Apex for builds with every shipped affinity active near full capacity. At Resonance it adds direct melee pressure against affinity-bearing non-player enemies and briefly scrambles struck foes.
• Added Stillpoint, a neutral Apex for all-neutral active Focus builds near full capacity. At Resonance it suppresses affinity pressure and pulses Absorption after real combat hits.
• Updated HUD, Focus panel, Attunement Altar readouts, /attuned status, and the Attunement Journal so Maelstrom and Stillpoint render as first-class capstones.
• Added shipped Maelstrom and Stillpoint HUD sprites plus contract coverage for capstone resolution, HUD assets, journal pages, and Modrinth gallery copy.
• Regenerated Modrinth gallery panels with real in-game Focus assets and accurate Maelstrom/Stillpoint release copy.
