What's new
- changed the default update odds for faster default update times
- removed the "maturing period" for the vitalized soil planter (and the changing texture) - now immediately has a chance to make vitalized soil
- added a config option to be able to bonemeal the plant to sprout a bulb (defaults to off), as well as a config option for the odds of the bonemeal being successful in sprouting a bulb
